How it works, 

Add salt and water to My Clean Buddy Jr. 

After the salt melts in the water, the sodium chloride will be electrolyzed by the device. The chloride ions on the anode are oxidized to generate chlorine gas, and the chlorine gas reacts with water to generate hypochlorous acid (the main active ingredient of disinfection water).
